NYFW SPRING 2016: CRUSHING ON TESS GIBERSON
New York Fashion Week is the most magical time of the year in NYC. The people of New York are dressed even more fabulously than they already are on the daily. Photographers are on every street. A million parties are going on every night. Fashion week just started yesterday, and we're already feeling major style inspiration.
Designer Tess Giberson's presentation is one of our favorites from day one. The collection had a very simple color palette, consisting mostly of our favorite colors: black and white. Monochromatic looks were a theme throughout. Looks were either predominately black or white, with some pops of blue or red. Simple silhouettes were slightly exaggerated, with not-so-simple fabrications. Though there was a lack of color (not that that's a bad thing at all) there was tons of texture. Crochet, knits, mesh, and fringe all made appearences and mixed together really nicely. Join us and feast your eyes on the collection. Feel free to join us in drooling.
